On December 4, 2022 I delivered a message that is near and dear to my heart. I gave a TedxTalk called “Listen To Your Body”.

I believe now more than ever, it is crucial that we learn how to take care of our physical and mental health. I talk about the personal struggles I faced when I neglected my body and how I overcame it.
